As the year draws to a close, I would like to take the time to remember the following artists who passed away during 2008. There are MANY MORE I would have loved to add, but these few stay mostly within the confines of this blog (with a few exceptions).

Rick Wright (Pink Floyd's keyboard genius)
Rudy Ray Moore (the one and only Dolemite and a hell of a singer)
....and all other musicians, writers, and artists who passed away in '08. Thank you for your contributions to art, and though I hate to say goodbye, you deserve the rest.

- Just graduated (07/12) with a degree in Graphic Design/Digital Media. Obsessed with music since early teenage years. Used to write for Movement Magazine. Mostly interested in pre-90s experimental releases, but I do find a lot of post-90s material that's nothing short of amazing. No download links provided here; there's plenty of places to find them if you absolutely must, but please consider supporting the artists when possible. I do this just to spread my opinions of the music I love to others, and hopefully get a few people hooked on said music as well.
